Holiday house is situated in the town Černá v Pošumaví which is one of the most famous recreational centres located on the bank of the Lipno lake. The object is suitable both for families with kids, who want to spend quiet holiday near the water, and fans of water sports or fishermen and bikers. Only 150 m from the object you can find a nice sand beach with a roller coaster, within 2 km there is a surf club, in the place a bike rental. At the object there is a nice fenced garden 800 m2 with pergola, outdoor fireplace, garden shower and swings. Built-up area 90 m2.

Prožili jsme krásnou dovolenou, majitelé velmi vstřícní a milí, nic nebyl problém, ochotně radili s výběrem aktivit,i když jsme byli trochu "náročnější" skupina s malým dítětem a psem. V chalupě bylo všechno čisté a funkční, zahrada perfektně udržovaná a super bylo i posezení pod pergolou,kde jsme vlastně trávili většinu času. Pěkná, čistá, udržovaná chalupa v centru města. Možnost sedět venku, na oplocené zahradě pod pergolou, nebo grilovat u krbu. Kuchyně i sociální vybavení dostačující. Byli jsme tři rodiny a v pohodě jsme se vešli. Okolí moc pěkné s možností tolika výletů, jak na kolech, nebo pěšky, že jsme vše ani nestihli vidět. V blízkosti pěkná pláž. Paní majitelka s manželem jsou velice příjemní, vstřícní a ochotní lidé. Vždy nám dobře poradili, kde, nebo kam se máme vydat na výlety. How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
